Our Founding Story
Resilian was founded on a simple observation: traditional crisis exercises are often inaccessible, expensive, time-consuming, or ineffective.
Small and mid-sized organizations frequently lack the budget, expertise, or resources to conduct meaningful tabletop exercises. Meanwhile, larger organizations often struggle with low participant engagement, static slide decks, and exercises that fail to replicate the pressure and complexity of a real-world event.
We saw an opportunity to change that.
Our mission is to democratize access to crisis preparedness by making high-quality crisis exercises affordable, accessible, and easy to run for organizations of all sizes. At the same time, we're transforming how enterprises train by delivering immersive, interactive experiences that drive participation, decision-making, and learning.
