Our Founding Story
Our team previously led technology, security, and business continuity practices at Blackstone, EY, Deloitte, and Twitter. We built Resilian because we saw the gap between traditional exercises and what executives actually need to pressure-test decisions under crisis conditions.
Across repeated exercises in highly regulated environments, where resilience is tested by regulators and auditors, we observed that scenarios often failed to engage senior decision-makers or surface the tradeoffs leaders face during real incidents. Resilian, by contrast, focuses on decision-making, privilege-aware collaboration, and regulator-ready outcomes.
